Being one of three buildings on the property, we are seeking a quiet single person without pets to inhabit this quant cottage in the heart of town. With an option for some furniture to stay in the home you may not even need furniture. The building has gas ducted heating, polished floors, has a designated parking space and everything is separately metered however with other tenants living on the property you will need to be easy going, quiet and very respectful of other peoples space and privacy.
All applicants MUST come with excellent references. Please do not request an inspection or submit an application if you do not have a verifiable rental history.
