I am writing this letter to share our families experience and to reflect on the recent sale of our property at 36 William Rd, The Patch 3792.
In short the process, effort & lengths that you yourself and the team went to so as to ensure a final sale - via many open inspections, property maintenance at your own personal effort/time, advertising guidance and the overall professional approach was exceptional. All of this occurring whilst we were overseas and kept updated regularly.
At time when the market or low attendance for viewings led us to think that maybe we were pushing the boundaries on the property both in terms of value and target market, you stood firm, worked with us on the overall approach and ensured us that once the right people viewed the property that a sale would result.
Well a little time later that very sale happened. Having also engaged you some prior regards renting out the property and management some 18 months before we finally agreed on the need to sell made the process and the people aspect much smoother for all concerned. Having formed strong relationships with the tenants and the future owners you were able to ensure that both parties agreed on mutual terms and the emotional component was taken into account. Moving house either out or into a new property is never easy and for this our family thanks you for the care you afforded both parties.
